REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase & it has not been customised, simply email us at info@yired.uk referencing your invoice number and return the item to us at YIRE UK CIC, P O BOX …, in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Our returns policy lasts for 7 days so If 7 days have passed by since your purchase, and you have not dispatched the item back to us, we will be unable to offer you a refund. However, we appreciate you as a customer and understand that due to unforeseen circumstances on your part, you may miss the 7 day refund period so if and when the seven days have passed and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item which you purchased for another product of the same value by emailing info@yired.uk referencing your invoice number and returning the item back to us at YIRED UK CIC, P O BOX… within 28 days of receipt. After 28 days you’re right to a good will exchange will have expired.
In order to be eligible for any type of refund or exchange if the item is without a manufacture fault, the goods must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same new condition you received it in with all YIRED UK CIC or any other garment tags still attached and in its original packaging with any documentation that may have come with it. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If an item is deemed eligible, we will issue the exchange or refund once the item(s) have arrived back to YIRED UK CIC excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that tracks the item or insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods have a manufacture fault and a refund is made.
Circumstances where refunds and exchanges will not be permitted are for any item(s) that have been personalised or made custom to the customer’s specification. This is because the item will not be deemed resalable therefore falls outside our refund and exchange policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to show up in your account once issued but may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on your method of payment.
If there are any discrepancies with our decision or you have not received a refund that was approved by us, please contact us at info@yired.uk where a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Faulty
If within 28 day of purchase you notice that your Item has a manufacture fault, you must email us at info@yired.uk referencing your invoice number and detailing the problem then return the item to us at YIRED UK CIC, PO BOX...

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

SHIPPING
Delivery in the UK
YIRED UK CIC have no intentions of making a profit from the cost we charge for our delivery service.
Delivery in the UK is charged at a flat rate of £4.30. This may vary if a large quantity of apparel is being ordered and you will be notified of these cost before payment. WE ONLY CHARGE £3.
Our aim is to Process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days of a customers cleared payment. This may vary for customized apparel as we may need to order in specific materials to complete the order. In this instance, the customer will be notified by email. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will be notified by email and should receive the item within 2 working days of the dispatch confirmation. To ensure safe delivery, all our deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Please note Christmas deliveries may take longer than expected so please order in advance.
