As an in-house Team Leader for our street fundraisers you will be working directly for Yired UK CIC. Your team will consist of like-minded people and you will be responsible for overseeing them each day as you visit different High Street locations. You will be expected to log attendance and communicate with office staff daily as well as ensuring your team fulfil their duties. you will be confident with leading and motivating a small group of people as well as approaching members of the public on the High Street, and introducing them to Yired UK CIC’s life changing work and asking them to support us with a one off or small but regular monthly donation.

OUTREACH ASSISTANT

(Various Hours weekends included)

As Outreach assistant for Yired UK CIC, you will typically work side by side with the directors assisting them with duties that need to be carried out to ensure the smooth execution of the organisation. This role is to free some of the executive’s time from organising and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks. You will also be leafleting the surrounding areas & approaching members of the public on the High Street to introduce them to Yired UK CIC’s life changing work and ask them to support our mission. You may be asked to assist with the production of content for Yired UK CIC’s social media platforms by engaging with members of the public & encouraging them to complete the occasional questionnaire.
